The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objectives by (i) paying weekly distributions and (ii) providing calendar week returns, before fees and expenses, that correspond to 1.2 times (120%) the calendar week total return of American depositary receipts (“ADRs”) representing common shares of Arm Holdings plc (Nasdaq: ARM).
Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in total return swap agreements referencing ARM and in ADRs representing shares of ARM common stock. For purposes of compliance with this investment policy, derivative contracts are valued at their notional value.
The Fund is classified as “non-diversified” under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”).
