The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in the equity securities of, or financial instruments that provide exposure to, companies that derive at least 50% of their revenues from the design, development, manufacture, sale, or licensing of central processing units and integrated systems ("CPU Companies"). A central processing unit ("CPU") is a general-purpose processor, an integrated circuit that executes software instructions and directs the operation of a computing device. An integrated system is a design in which a CPU is combined with other key components to enable faster communication, greater power efficiency, improved memory capacity, and reduced manufacturing costs.
Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of (which may include depositary receipts), or financial instruments (i.e., swap agreements or forward contracts) that provide exposure to, CPU Companies.
The Fund is classified as a "non-diversified company" under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "1940 Act").
